I dealt with Destiny and Tess. The amount of care and kindness was truly incredible. My little piggie passed away and they treated him and us with such kindness. From the immediate email responses to the room in the back where you could have some privacy and say goodbye, they even had a tiny basket to put him in. So much more dignified and welcoming than other places I have used. My little guy did not fit in the original urn option that I had chosen and they put him in the most beautiful floral box and even were able to get his footprints. I am so grateful that I emailed around and chose Horizon. I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.
