Horizon did an amazing job and made a very difficult time in our lives a little less painful. We found them online, called, and within an hour they were at our home to pick up my Romeo. They handled him with such care, and I truly felt he was in good hands. They returned him to us within 48 hours. Along with his ashes, we received a candle, a lock of his hair, and a paw print. The convenience of them picking him up and then delivering him back to us made the process much easier during such a hard time. Saying goodbye to my baby Romeo was incredibly difficult, but the small touches they included made it feel very special and meaningful. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and care they showed.
