Truly a wonderful experience speaking to Shalia over the phone, someone that actually cares about someone’s loss. I called to get an estimate about a price from other places and they just seemed to care about the money and not my family member, I called her and was told about option 2 by Shalia it was a little bit more but 100% worth it. I told them I would call them back within 5-10 minutes and instead of just saying “Okay bye.” I was told “I’m sorry for your loss, and we give our condolences.” It felt amazing knowing they truly cared, I called back after speaking with my wife and got the process started. They came within 2 hours and the driver was super respectful, let us say our final goodbyes and took him away. Within 24 hours everything was already done and our cat was returned back to us the following night by Shalia. They never once called him just a cat, they always referred to him by his name and a family member instead of a pet.
