I tragically lost my 5 and a half year old Tuxedo cat. I called a few different places before reaching Horizon. I left a voicemail and within 3 minutes was called back. The person that called me was Dr. Matthew Capitano himself. His sincerity and compassion is matched by none. I instantly had peace of mind that Mini was in good hands. You can’t put a price on what Dr. Matthew Capitano provided. He gave me a listening ear, kind and empathetic words, an understanding of my broken heart, peace of mind, and lastly…the very closure I thought wasn’t possible. The cost of the services I received were pennies to the dollar in comparison. The fact they worked with me for payment to ensure my Mini got her farewell with dignity showed the genuine compassion Dr. Matthew Capitanio and his team at Horizon uphold. I couldn’t thank them enough!
